These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between Webspire Solutions (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) and you (“Affiliate,” “You,” “Your”) and govern your participation in the Webspire Solutions Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to become an affiliate and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Affiliate Eligibility:
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
- The Program is open to individuals and legal entities.
- Affiliates must be based in Malaysia, and referred companies must also be based in Malaysia.
2. Program Participation:
- You agree to use only the promotional graphics, banners, and marketing materials provided by the Company for promoting Webspire Solutions services.
- You shall not edit or create your graphics or promotional materials for use in the Program.
- Only our web design and eCommerce design services are applicable in our Affiliate Program. The eligible service plans are as follows:
Web Design and Development: Lite, Essential, and Premium Plans
eCommerce Website: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise Plans.
3. Commission and Payments:
- We do not offer recurring commission. The commission that we offer is one-off payments calculated from the total setup cost paid by the referred customer.
- Affiliates can earn up to 10% commission for every customer referred through the link and made full payment for the service. The 10% commission is calculated from the total setup cost (after discount) of the services subscribed by the clients.
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, only in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You will receive your commission within 14 days after the referred customer has settled the full payment.
4. Promotion Guidelines:
- You agree to promote Webspire Solutions in a professional and ethical manner.
- You must not engage in spammy or unsolicited marketing practices, including email spam, comment spam, or other forms of spam.
- You shall not use inappropriate language, content, or engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of Webspire Solutions.
5. Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account and participation in the Program at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
- Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate behavior.
- In the event of termination, you will forfeit any pending commissions.
6. Changes to Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
- Continued participation in the Program after the modification of Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. Privacy Policy:
- By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
